Who pays for stopover Visa fee (limited to USD 33pp)?
Saudia Airlines will pay the visa fee.
I am a British passport holder. How do I get a visa for a stopover in Saudi Arabia?
UK passport holders must apply online.
I am living in the UK, but do not hold a UK passport and I want to stop in Saudi Arabia. How do I get a visa?
If both your UK visa and passport are valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure, you can obtain an E-Visa or visa on arrival. For more info,

The visa fee is SAR 300 (correct at the time of publishing) and will NOT be subsidised by Saudia Airlines or by SkyTrips.
I am not a UK passport holder and do not have a Work Permit / ILR etc. How do I get a visa for a stopover in Saudi Arabia?
You must contact the Saudi Consulate in your passport-issuing country and apply locally.
If I want to perform Umrah, do I need a special visa?
No, there is no additional visa required, all visa types can perform Umrah except during Hajj Season.
Who meets me at my arrival airport?
A representative from Saudi Arabia, Kurban Tours, will meet passengers and arrange transfers as per the package.
Can I book a train to Makkah?
Train tickets are available 30 days in advance. Therefore, you must book the stopover package at least one month in advance so that we can arrange the free train tickets for you.
Accommodation:
How do I choose my accommodation?
A selection of 4 or 5 star hotels will be offered 72 hours before arrival if you book more than 7 days before departure. Bookings with-in 7 days of arrival will be on a request basis.
What if I would like to extend my stay in Saudi Arabia?
Depending on your stopover location (Riyadh / Jeddah / Makkah etc.), extensions start from £100 per night, plus airline ticket alteration fees. Maximum stopover duration is 96 hours.
Does the Umrah add-on include accommodation in Makkah and Madinah?
Our complimentary stay is only valid in Makkah. However, we have secured excellent options in Madinah with exclusive supplements—please contact our team for details.
Is this offer valid for children and infants as well?
Our offer is valid for a minimum of two adults. Please contact our team for details on family offers.

What if my flight has a schedule change or delay?
First contact Saudia Airlines then our local DMC Kurban Tours or Sky Trips.
Can I book my flights with any travel agent?
No. Complete stopover package must be booked with Sky Trips to receive the complementary stopover package as mentioned above.
Can I travel anywhere to avail the stopover package?
Passengers must:
Begin their journey in the United Kingdom or Ireland
Exit the airport in Saudi Arabia
Travel onward to a third country before returning home to the UK or Ireland
