Umrah Policy
Visiting Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from UK
Passport Validity:
Your passport must be
valid for at least 6 months at the time of arrival in any country including Saudi Arabia where you do not reside.
Documentation:
A clear scan of your passport with your signature and a recent
digital photo with white backgrounds are required for
eVisa.
Travel document is not valid for entry to KSA except with a written approval from local Saudi Embassy.
Vaccination:
ACWY meningitis vaccination is mandatory. You may be required to show proof of this at the point of entry and when visiting a hospital in KSA.
Non UK Passport Holders:
Must provide the original UK residence visa or permit, valid for at least 6 months from the time of travel.
Submission:
All required documents should be submitted in a timely manner to ensure smooth processing.
Holy City of Makkah & Madinah (Entering Haram):
Must be of Muslim faith to enter the vicinity of Haram of Makkah and to enter the boundaries of Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
Muslim Visitors other than Hajj Visa Holders are NOT permitted to enter the city of Makkah nor perform Hajj/Umrah or stay in Makkah during Hajj season from 14 Dhul‐Qadah to 16 Dhul‐Hijjah (Dates according to KSA Islamic Calendar).

Law:

We only sell Umrah Holiday Packages and do not have any control over issuance of visa. Passengers from above list are allowed to travel without a visa, however kindly seek information from an immigration specialist in this regard. You can also visit KSA official website for information and an updated list of countries: www.ksavisa.sa. Also note that certain visa types such as EVW (Electronic Visa Waiver) does not cover for medical expenses, a separate travel insurance is highly recommended. Please refer to our Booking Conditions page for more details.
Transports
Mobile number provided at the time of booking will receive a notification with vehicle details along with driver’s contact details up to six hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Kindly check your email or WhatsApp message.
A phone number is mentioned on the transport booking conformations which can also be dialled on emergencies or if you do not receive a message up to 2 hours prior to scheduled booking.
If you are visiting Saudi (Jeddah Airport and Madinah Airport), please note that the drivers are not allowed to enter the airport terminal building and neither are they allowed to hold a name board., they can only wait in their vehicles. We request you to use an e-Sim or buy a local sim card from the airport to communicate with your driver. However, if you have purchased a meet and greet service, an authorised agent will be waiting to meet you after the immigration desk with a name board on arrival and for departure flights they will meet you at the check-in desk. Diplomatic service also available on request by officials.

Makkah (2 Hours)

Medinah (2 Hours)

Established on the first day of Rasulullah’s (SA) migration to Medina

This is the site of Islamic second battle between Muslim and the tribes of Quraysh.
5) The Seven Mosques - Battle of the Trench (Khandaq) & Battle of the Confederates (Ahzab)
Seven mosques were built in memory of each lead person where they were stationed and the Fath Mosque on top of the hill is where Rasulullah (SA) was stationed. (View Only)
